Return WindowYou may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable ItemsCustom-made, personalized, or OEM orders cannot be returned unless defective.Used, assembled, or installed products.Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a ReturnEmail us at sales@hydroponicgrow.tech with your order number and the reason for return.Wait for our return authorization and return address.Pack the item securely in its original packaging.Ship the package back to the address we provide, and share the tracking number with us.
Return Shipping CostCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged in shipping). For defective or wrong items, we will cover the shipping cost or send a replacement at our expense.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for example, PayPal or credit card) within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, spare parts, or a partial/full refund at no extra cost to you.
CancellationsOrders may be canceled for free before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process above.
